Physiotherapy treatments may include education, exercise, and modalities such as Functional Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy, and TENS. From musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, concussions, joint mobilization, pre-operation, and post-operation, we have you covered. We work with all ages!

This appointment will be booked the first time a person is seen by the Physiotherapist for their current concern.

Physiotherapy Follow-Up Visit

A standard follow-up treatment after having a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. If you feel more time is required, please book a Physiotherapy Extended Follow-Up Visit.

If it has been longer than 3 months since your last visit, please book a Physiotherapy Extended Follow-Up Visit.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of human movement and the body’s interaction with its environment. This includes anatomical, physiological, neurological, psychological, and neuromuscular components. Our Kinesiologists collaborate with our Physiotherapists to help people of all ages and physical abilities achieve their health and wellness goals.

Strength and Conditioning Assessment

An assessment with a Kinesiologist to identify programming requirements and restrictions prior to beginning a Strength and Conditioning program.

Strength and Conditioning Session

A personal Strength and Conditioning Session with a Kinesiologist. Programming is tailored to the individual's goals and specific needs based on their assessment.

MUST complete a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment or a Strength and Conditioning Assessment, first.

An Initial Assessment with a Kinesiologist to identify programming requirements and restrictions prior to beginning an ICBC rehabilitation program.

MUST have an approved ICBC claim number prior to starting.

ICBC Kinesiology Initial Assessment

Price: Directly Billed to ICBC with Approved Claim Number

A Follow-Up Treatment with a Kinesiologist.

Programming is tailored to the individual’s goals and specific needs based on the findings in their initial assessment.

Must complete an ICBC Kinesiology Initial Assessment, first.

Must have an approved ICBC claim number prior to starting.

ICBC Kinesiology Follow-Up Treatment

RetroFit

A group fitness class for seniors 55+ that are looking for general structured exercise, as well as specific guidance for hip, knee, and shoulder concerns.

This class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-11am.

Maximum 10 participants per class.

Not billable to insurance providers, unless specified.

Price: $15/Class

PartnerFit

A structured exercise class for two people under the guidance of a Kinesiologist.

Not billable to insurance providers, unless specified.

Price: $110/Pair ($55/Person)

LunchFit

A circuit-style group fitness class dedicated to the lunch-hour warriors. This class is sure to be fast-paced and engaging for all participants.

YouthFit

A group fitness class dedicated to youths age 10-14. This is an introductory strength and conditioning class for youths looking to learn how to exercise under guidance and supervision.

This class runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm.

Maximum 10 participants for the program.

Massage Therapy

Assessment and treatment of the soft tissue and joints of the body. Treatment sessions may include client health history intake, informed consent, musculoskeletal assessment, therapeutic and/or relaxation treatment on specific areas of concern, mobility and strength exercises, and post-treatment strategies.
